Some of my friends in PSU who feel the same way as I do, feel helpless aginst the system and procedures,but want to raise the efficiency of PSU and erase the 'sarkari' image that goes with it.
we are in mid course of career too late to kick start another and still have a long way to go in the organisation.The scene around is dynamic and we want to change for the better.How to fight the system? ....
